Good luck, I have a large bill also we went in for help before the turn off and the state took so long that they shut us off anyway so we are in the dark STILL it has been days 6 to be correct and it l;ooks like longer now because NOONE will return a call. Now DTE says we owe the hook up fee and disconnect fee. As if I didnt owe enough to start with. Dont try THAW they are not taking apps any more.
